Manti had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the six-goal drubbing they dealt Emery on Wednesday. The Templars never let the Spartans get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. Manti might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by three goals or more this season.

They hit Emery with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Luis Ornelas (2), James Dettinger (2), Corbin Henry, and Jesse Chavez.

The win (which was Manti's fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-3. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those four contests. As for Emery, their defeat was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-12.
