Volleyball Recap: Kankakee Valley Takes a Loss

Kankakee Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Portage Indians.

Kankakee Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Portage, their victory bumped their record up to 3-6.

Coincidentally, Kankakee Valley and Portage will both be playing South Bend Saint Joseph the next time they take the court. The Indians will head out to face the Huskies at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Kougars will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
