Basketball Recap: Macy Gochanour Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Non Varsity Tournament Opponent

The Fieldcrest Knights were able to grind out a solid victory over Non Varsity Tournament Opponent on Tuesday, taking the game 52-43. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

Fieldcrest got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Macy Gochanour out in front who almost dropped a double-double with 24 points and nine rebounds. Pru Mangan was another key player, dropping a double-double with 14 points and 12 boards.

Fieldcrest's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Fieldcrest will take on Manual at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Non Varsity Tournament Opponent, they will square off against Navasota at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
