The Enterprise Wolves will venture away from home to square off against the Hurricane Tigers at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Enterprise will be strutting in after a win while Hurricane will be coming in after a defeat.

While Wolves fans will have to keep waiting for their team to come home, they shouldn't be too worried about the road trip considering the result of Monday's season opener. Everything went their way against Gunnison Valley on Monday as Enterprise made off with a 12-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Wolves in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won four in a row.

Parker Staheli was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 11 over four innings pitched. Staheli was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

In other batting news, Kyler Randall was excellent, going 2-for-4 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April of 2024. Treyson Whitman was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.

Enterprise always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .576. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Gunnison Valley only posted an OBP of .118.

Meanwhile, Hurricane unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a 10-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of Beaver on Monday.

Hurricane saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brycen McCauley, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
