Basketball Game Preview: Manheim Central Barons vs. Cocalico Eagles

The Manheim Central Barons are taking a road trip to square off against the Cocalico Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Manheim Central and Octorara Area, and Octorara Area kept the tradition alive. The Barons lost to the Braves on the road by a 57-43 margin on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Cocalico put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Garden Spot 65-32. The game marked the Eagles' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Cocalico's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Manheim Central, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 1-2.

Manheim Central and Cocalico were neck-and-neck in their previous meeting back in February, but Manheim Central came up empty-handed after a 59-58 loss. Can the Barons avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
