Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mesa Vista). They put the hurt on the McCurdy Bobcats with a sharp 81-60 victory on Thursday. The win was familiar territory for the Trojans who have now won three contests in a row.

Mesa Vista is also on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points per game. As for McCurdy, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-7.

Mesa Vista will head out to square off against Escalante at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Mesa Vista has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last five games.
