Basketball Recap: Murtaugh Takes a Loss

Murtaugh lost against Valley back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Murtaugh Red Devils were dealt a 61-23 defeat at the hands of the Valley Vikings. The game marked the Red Devils' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Murtaugh and nudges their season record down to 7-12. As for Valley, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 19-0.

Murtaugh does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Valley, they will challenge Shoshone at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
