Basketball Recap: Tri-Valley Find Success

Tri-Valley hadn't done well against Clinton recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Tri-Valley Vikings managed a 65-60 win over the Clinton Maroons. This was payback for the Vikings, who suffered a 58-48 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Tri-Valley will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Fieldcrest at 5:30 p.m. As for Clinton, they are taking a road trip to challenge Shelbyville at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Clinton is facing Shelbyville at the right time seeing as Shelbyville is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
