Stadium gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Saturday. They came out on top against the Yelm Tornados by a score of 57-47. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 60-53 win the Tornados walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2016.

Stadium was led to victory by Judah Noonan and Isaiah Phok-Abay. Noonan shot 64% from the field to rack up 20 points, while Phok-Abay dropped a double-double with 17 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jalen Northcott, who posted four points and three steals.

Yelm lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Urijah Aalona, who scored 20 points. Zarrick Roberts was another key player, putting up 15 points.

Stadium has already played their next game, a 57-48 loss against White River on the 2nd. As for Yelm, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, an 82-40 defeat against Bonney Lake on the 3rd.
