There's no place like home for Ganado, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They put the hurt on the St. Michael Cardinals with a sharp 14-4 win on Tuesday. Considering the Hornets have won 11 matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Ganado got a great performance from Will Davis as he struck out eight batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits.

At the plate, Joshua Mescal was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with one home run, four stolen bases, and three runs. He has been hot for a while, having posted at least one stolen base the last 17 times he's played. Another player making a difference was Dante Curtis, who went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs.

Ganado kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. They are 9-3 when they post 11 or more hits.

Ganado's record now sits at 13-11. As for St. Michael, their record is now 2-12.

Ganado does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Michael, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Pinon at 1:00 p.m. The Eagles will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Cardinals surely won't give up without a fight.
