Knox Central won the last time they faced Leslie County and things went their way on Thursday too. The Knox Central Panthers blew past the Leslie County Eagles 68-48. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 20 points or more this season.

Despite the defeat, Leslie County saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Jayden Hacker dropped a double-double with 19 points and ten boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Tripp Brashear, who posted two points and seven rebounds.

Knox Central is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 79.1 points over those games. As for Leslie County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-14.
