Winder-Barrow was sadly handed a defeat on Friday, but Demetrius Dowdy did his best to prevent it. Dowdy's rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his ninth straight game with at least 101 rushing yards.

Dowdy and Winder-Barrow will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Clarke Central at 7:30 p.m. on the 30th. Dowdy will face off against Nuhsi Valenti, the Gladiators' star running back. With these two excellent players competing for bragging rights, there's bound to be some exciting action on the field.
