Winder-Barrow was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Demetrius Dowdy did his best to prevent it. Dowdy's rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his ninth straight game with at least 101 rushing yards.

Dowdy and Winder-Barrow will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Clarke Central at 7:30 p.m. on the 30th. Dowdy will face off against Nuhsi Valenti, the Gladiators' star rusher. Will the matchup be decided in the trenches? We'll have our answer very soon.
