T.C. Roberson took a three-set loss the last time they faced off against Pisgah, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Rams sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Bears on Wednesday. This was a revenge game for the Rams: when they faced off against the Bears last Tuesday, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

T.C. Roberson wouldn't go down easily and took Pisgah into a fifth set where they got it done with a five-point win. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-21, 20-25, 16-25, 15-10.

The victory got T.C. Roberson back to even at 3-3. As for Pisgah, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Looking ahead, T.C. Roberson will challenge Soddy Daisy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Pisgah, they will host Smoky Mountain at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The contest will give the Bears their first taste of in-conference action this season.
