Becton is a perfect 3-0 against Garfield since September of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Wildcats will head out on the road to square off against the Boilermakers. Becton is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.

Becton proved they can win big two weeks ago (they won by 35) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They slipped by Lyndhurst 14-13.

Meanwhile, Garfield blew past Lodi, posting a 34-6 win. Considering the Boilermakers have won three contests by more than 25 points this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Becton's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Garfield, their win bumped their record up to an identical 4-2.

Everything came up roses for Becton against Garfield in their previous matchup back in September of 2024, as the squad secured a 41-7 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
