Basketball Recap: Booker Picks Up Fifth Consecutive Win

Booker waltzed into their matchup on Monday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They took down the Felt Bulldogs 53-38. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Kiowas' disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 862nd in Texas, while the Bulldogs are ranked 285th in Oklahoma).

Booker's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Adrian Rosales led the charge by going 10 of 14 on his way to 22 points along with eight boards and five steals. The dominant performance gave Rosales a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Julian Barton, who posted 14 points and eight steals.

Booker smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds in five consecutive games.

Booker pushed their record up to 7-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Felt, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.
