Football Recap: Terrell County Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Terrell County's offense. They had to suffer through a 28-0 loss at the hands of the Miller County Pirates. The defeat continues a trend for the Greenwave in their meetings with the Pirates: they've now lost three in a row.

Terrell County's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Miller County, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Terrell County will venture away from home to challenge Mitchell County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Miller County, they will head out to take on Seminole County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Indians' defense has only allowed 12.4 points per game this season, so the Pirates' offense will have their work cut out for them.
