Softball Recap: Cedar Grove-Belgium Takes a Loss

Cedar Grove-Belgium was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 16-1 to the Plymouth Panthers.

Cedar Grove-Belgium saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lily Groth, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

Cedar Grove-Belgium's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Plymouth, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-6 record this season.

Cedar Grove-Belgium does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Plymouth, they will take on Winneconne at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
