Basketball Game Preview: Revere Minutemen vs. Northwest Indians

The Revere Minutemen will venture away from home to face off against the Northwest Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Revere is headed into the match out to prove that what happened against Brecksville-Broadview Heights on Saturday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Revere came up short against Brecksville-Broadview Heights, falling 70-46. While losing is never fun, the Minutemen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 250th, while the Bees are ranked 67th).

Meanwhile, Northwest fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Carrollton on Saturday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 76-74. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (61), the Indians still had to take the loss.

This is the second loss in a row for Revere and nudges their season record down to 12-10. As for Northwest, their loss dropped their record down to 16-6.
