Chick-fil-A Classic announces 2016 tournament field

Preseason Top 25 candidates Greensboro Day, La Lumiere and Wheeler among headliners for South Carolina event.

The Chick-fil-A Classic is annually a highlight of high school basketball's holiday tournament run in December.

The 2016 edition – slated for Dec. 20-23 at Richland Northeast High School in Columbia, S.C. – will be no different.

Preseason Top 25 candidates Greensboro Day (Greensboro, N.C.), La Lumiere (LaPorte, Ind.), Westlake (Atlanta, Ga.) and Wheeler (Marietta, Ga.) will all participate in the event.

Flora (Columbia, S.C.), Gray Collegiate Academy (West Columbia, S.C.), Greensboro Day (Greensboro, N.C.), Hamilton Heights Christian Academy (Chattanooga, Tenn.), Keenan (Columbia, S.C.), La Lumiere (LaPorte, Ind.), Lafayette Christian Academy (Lafayette, La.), Oldsmar Christian (Oldsmar, Fla.), Porter-Gaud (Charleston, S.C.), Providence Day (Charlotte, N.C.), Spartanburg Day (Spartanburg, S.C.), Westlake (Atlanta, Ga.), Wheeler (Marietta, Ga.)
