Volleyball Recap: Atlanta International Takes a Loss + How To Watch

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Atlanta International and St. Francis, and St. Francis kept the tradition alive. The Eagles fell 2-0 to the Knights on Thursday. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: St. Francis scored at least 17 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-18.

Atlanta International's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for St. Francis, they moved to 2-4 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Coincidentally, Atlanta International and St. Francis will both be playing North Springs the next time they take the court. The Knights will host the Spartans at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Eagles will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
