Soccer Recap: Aurora Comes Up Short

Aurora lost against Twinsburg back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Greenmen came up short against the Tigers, falling 4-1. Aurora have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Bella Sferry, which was the first she's scored this season.

Aurora's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Twinsburg, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Aurora didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 victory against Louisville on the 25th. As for Twinsburg, they will welcome Stow-Munroe Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. This will be Twinsburg's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
