Breese Central has gone a perfect 10-0 against Salem recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Cougars will be playing at home against the Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. This will be Breese Central's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.

Breese Central saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell 53-41 to Rantoul. The loss put an end to the Cougars' undefeated start to the season.

Meanwhile, Salem posted their closest victory since January 11th on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 49-47 win over St. Anthony. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Having lost for the first time this season, Breese Central fell to 2-1. As for Salem, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
