Baseball Recap: Wickenburg Comes Up Short

Wickenburg lost against Bagdad back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Wickenburg Wranglers lost 9-1 to the Bagdad Sultans.

Wickenburg saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Easton Forbrook, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Wickenburg's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coincidentally, Wickenburg and Bagdad will both be playing Santa Cruz Valley the next time they take the field. Bagdad will head out to face Santa Cruz Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Wickenburg will head out to face them at 12:30 p.m. on Friday.
