Baseball Recap: Ware Extends Home Winning Streak to 12

While Ware's win against Monson wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Indians narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Mustangs 7-5. The Indians haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Kyle Kaczuwka was excellent, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Ware's victory was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for Monson, they now have a losing record of 7-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ware will take on Amherst-Pelham Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Monson, they will welcome Southwick Regional at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
