Basketball Game Preview: Ringgold Tigers vs. Coahulla Creek Colts

Ringgold and Coahulla Creek are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2020, but not for long. The Ringgold Tigers will be playing at home against the Coahulla Creek Colts at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Ringgold is headed into the match out to prove that what happened against Sonoraville on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Ringgold came up short against Sonoraville, falling 59-38. The Tigers have struggled against the Phoenix recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Coahulla Creek had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They secured a 49-44 W over the Eagles.

Ringgold's loss dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Coahulla Creek, their win bumped their record up to 15-8.

Ringgold and Coahulla Creek were neck-and-neck when the teams last played back in January, but Ringgold came up empty-handed after a 38-37 defeat.
