Basketball Recap: Bath Takes a Loss

Bath was the 54-15 winner over Elida when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bath Wildcats fell to the Elida Bulldogs 49-43.

Bath has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season. As for Elida, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bath will challenge Fort Loramie at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Fort Loramie's defense has only allowed 29.5 points per game this season, so Bath's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Elida, they will square off against Celina at 6:30 p.m. on January 23rd.
