Osbourn Park is 8-2 against Osbourn since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Yellowjackets will host the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Osbourn Park is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9 runs per game this season.

Osbourn Park made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Forest Park, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Yellowjackets blew past the Bruins 11-1 on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Yellowjackets.

Chase Allen spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on two hits and racked up ten Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Lucas Duncan, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. What's more, he posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in March of 2024. Tyler Mills was another key player, going 3-for-4 with two RBI.

Meanwhile, Osbourn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 23-0 to Battlefield.

Osbourn Park now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Osbourn, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

Osbourn's hitters will have their work cut out for them on Friday. Osbourn Park has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 10.8 strikeouts per game. It's a different story for Osbourn, though, as they've been averaging only 2.4 strikeouts. Will Osbourn Park keep running through batters, or will the Eagles buck the trend?

Everything went Osbourn Park's way against Osbourn in their previous matchup back in May of 2024, as Osbourn Park made off with an 11-4 victory. Do the Yellowjackets have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
