Carver A&T unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of the Lansdowne Vikings by a score of 2-1 on Friday. Carver A&T haven't had much luck with Lansdowne recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

The victory got Lansdowne back to even at 1-1.
