Softball Recap: Santa Fe Comes Up Short

Santa Fe lost against Northwest back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Santa Fe lost 10-3 to Northwest. The Chiefs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Santa Fe now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Northwest, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the victory, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Santa Fe will head out to take on Lincoln at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northwest, they will face off against Concordia at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Northwest's pitchers better be ready for this one: Concordia has averaged an impressive 8 runs per game this season.
