Baseball Game Preview: Belleville Tigers vs. Dearborn Pioneers

For the second straight game, Belleville will face off against Dearborn. The Tigers will head out to face off against the Pioneers at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Belleville proved they can win big on Wednesday (they won by 12) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Dearborn, sneaking past 4-2. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Pioneers: they've now won seven in a row.

For Dearborn's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Julian Lansang, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base. Ayman Abadi also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Belleville's win bumped their record up to 8-9-1. As for Dearborn, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-6.
