Volleyball Recap: Forest Takes a Loss

Forest lost against Gulf Breeze back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wildcats took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dolphins. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-16.

Jeremy Croft paced Forest's offense, picking up four kills. Croft got some help from Lincoln Kim and his nine assists.

Forest's loss dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Gulf Breeze, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-5.

Forest wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Choctawhatchee on the 19th. As for Gulf Breeze, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against North Bay Haven Academy on the 19th.
