Lansing had already won ten in a row and they went ahead and made it 11 on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Seaman Vikings. The Lions were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Vikings, so the Lions were just returning the favor.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-19.

Lansing found their leader in freshman Avery Dessert, who had seven digs and two aces.

Lansing's victory bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Seaman, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-14.

Lansing wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Maize South on the 27th. As for Seaman, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Leavenworth on the 30th.
