Hoover hasn't had much luck against Burroughs recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Tornados will host the Bears at 3:45 p.m.

Hoover saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to Chadwick.

Meanwhile, Burroughs came tearing into Friday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Apaches by a score of 3-1.

Burroughs walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-12, 25-19, 21-25, 25-21.

Hoover's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Burroughs, their win bumped their record up to 14-2.
