The biggest upset of the week belonged to Orange Cove, who took down 953rd ranked Laton, 34-7.

McFarland fell to Farmersville 70-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.

The Aztecs' offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Sam Metcalf threw for 252 and 6 touchdowns and Joseph De La Cruz had 122 yards receiving. On the ground Anthony Azevedo contributed 83 yards. Jose Solis helped Farmersville's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 97 yards.

Metcalf put up the best numbers in passing as Farmersville beat the Cougars. Metcalf's favorite target this week was De La Cruz, who caught 6 passes for 122 yards.

Farmersville's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Aztecs feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Metcalf has thrown for 2,832 yards and 42 touchdowns this season, while De La Cruz has 53 catches for 963 yards.

De La Cruz of the David Lewis' team's is a few catches away from breaking 1,000 yards for the season. He needs only 37 receiving yards in this week's game against Orosi to get there. So far this year, he has acheived 53 catches for 963 yards.

The Aztecs are currently in first, while the Cardinals are in third.

The Titans made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 14,342 from 14,480. The improvement was largely due to a 34-7 victory over the Mustangs last week.
