Baseball Recap: Wonderview Takes a Loss

Wonderview lost against Nemo Vista back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Daredevils fell 9-4 to the Red Hawks. The Daredevils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wonderview saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Caul Duvall, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run. Noah Rowell also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Wonderview's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Nemo Vista, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wonderview will square off against Atkins at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Nemo Vista, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Dover at 4:30 p.m.
