Brett Rose of Kennett ran for the longest rushing play in Ches-Mont - American this season against Great Valley last week. Rose's team lost to the Patriots as he sprinted for 82 yards on the play and finished with 93 in all.
Adding to the longest winning streak in the league this week, Bayard Rustin beat Octorara Area 60-20. The victory was the 10th in a row for the team.
Oxford's Ethan Herb and Ryan Hubley led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-3 quarterback Herb has thrown for 1,528 yards this season, while Hubley has 29 catches for 653 yards. Alex Gooden from the Braves leads the league in rushing with 769 yards.
