It was a good run, but McKinney Boyd unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Allen Eagles by a score of 3-2. The game was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but the Broncos couldn't quite close it out.

McKinney Boyd's defeat dropped their record down to 12-4-3. As for Allen, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-8-4 record this season.

McKinney Boyd will be playing in front of their home fans against Princeton at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Allen, they are taking a road trip to challenge Plano East at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Plano East's last five contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
