Softball Recap: Rock Hill Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Rock Hill's offense. They came up short against the Clover Blue Eagles on Tuesday, falling 15-0. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Bearcats' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Rock Hill dropped their record down to 1-5 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Clover, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Rock Hill will be playing in front of their home fans against Great Falls at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Clover, they will head out on the road to face off against Buford at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Clover's pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so Buford's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
