For Larimore, this counts as revenge for the 71-38 loss Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2023.
Michael Myers continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. He has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last three times he's played. Avery Gratton was another key contributor, almost dropping a triple-double on nine points, nine rebounds, and nine assists.
Larimore's win ended a eight-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-4. As for Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 3-6.
