Spring-Ford has gone 9-1 against Methacton recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Rams will be playing at home against the Warriors at 4:00 p.m. Spring-Ford is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.

The home team had come away the winner the last five times Spring-Ford and Boyertown had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Rams skirted past the Bears 3-2. That's two games straight that the Rams have won by just one run.

Jess Fliszar spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on three hits and racked up six Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up a single earned run in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Brooke Haring was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI. Those two RBI gave her a new career-high. Autumn Eck was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Methacton's offense. They lost 10-0 to Perkiomen Valley on Monday. The game marked the first time this year in which the Warriors were not able to get on the board.

Spring-Ford's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-6. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Methacton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-4 record this season.
