Miami strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They blew past the Holy Cross Catholic Academy Mustangs 84-0. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 15th, while the Mustangs are ranked 281st) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Special teams was a major factor in the game for Miami, racking up 15 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Noah Homfeld, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.
