Gloucester put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victors by a 10-2 margin over the Saugus Sachems. The result was nothing new for the Fishermen, who have now won three contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

Gloucester's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0. As for Saugus, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Gloucester is set to take on their familiar foe Winthrop at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Saugus will face off against rival Salem at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
