After a string of three wins, Veterans Memorial's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They fell 41-32 to the Harlingen Cardinals. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Chargers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 43-41 on January 3rd.

Veterans Memorial's loss ended an 18-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 27-6. As for Harlingen, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 25-7 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Hanna the next time they take the court. Veterans Memorial will host Hanna at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while Harlingen will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
