Chase extends road winning streak to three

Chase scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They never let the Palisades Pumas onto the board and left with an 18-0 win. The victory was just what Chase needed coming off of a 15-0 defeat in their prior matchup.

Chase let Myra Beaver and Montana Honeycutt loose on the outfield. Beaver scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3, while Honeycutt scored three runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Zaley Packett, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

On Palisades' side, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Claire Huth, who went 1-for-1 with a double.

Chase's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-2. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 12.3 runs. As for Palisades, they now have a losing record at 3-4.

Chase will head out on the road to challenge Cherryville at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
