Volleyball Recap: Saguaro Comes Up Short

Saguaro lost against Desert Ridge back in September of 2018 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Sabercats fell just short of the Jaguars by a score of 2-1. The Sabercats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Saguaro's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Desert Ridge, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

Saguaro wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Monument Valley on the 27th. As for Desert Ridge, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Rancho on the 26th.
