Blue Ridge has gone a perfect 7-0 against Alchesay recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Yellow Jackets will be playing in front of their home fans against the Falcons at 6:00 p.m. Blue Ridge will be strutting in after a victory while Alchesay will be coming in after a defeat.

Blue Ridge took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They came out on top against Window Rock by a score of 3-1.

Blue Ridge had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 19-25, 25-16, 25-16, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Alchesay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against Winslow, falling 3-0.

Alchesay took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-16, 25-23.

Alchesay's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Blue Ridge, the win got them back to even at 10-10.

Blue Ridge beat Alchesay 3-1 when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Will the Yellow Jackets repeat their success, or do the Falcons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
