Volleyball Recap: Wilde Lake Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Wilde Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Glen Burnie Gophers, falling 3-0. The Wildecats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Gophers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2019.

Wilde Lake was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Glen Burnie work for it, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-13, 26-24.

Wilde Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Glen Burnie, their victory bumped their record up to 3-11.

Wilde Lake has already played their next matchup (against Southern), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Glen Burnie, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Digital Harbor on the 24th.
