Volleyball Game Preview: St. Paul Buckaroos vs. Imbler Panthers

After both having extra time off, the St. Paul Buckaroos and the Imbler Panthers will shake off the rust and duke it out at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

St. Paul is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Sherman. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Buckaroos.

Dufur typically has all the answers at home, but on Saturday Imbler proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Rangers by a score of 3-1.

Imbler's victory bumped their record up to 23-7. As for St. Paul, their win bumped their record up to 20-11.

St. Paul took their victory against Imbler when the teams last played back in November of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Buckaroos repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
