Basketball Recap: Bend Comes Up Short

Bend lost against Caldera back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bend Lava Bears took a 52-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of Caldera. The Lava Bears just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

Bend's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Caldera, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bend will face off against Mountain View at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Caldera, they will challenge Ridgeview at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
