Volleyball Recap: Charlie Holcomb and Adeline Wieler Secure Win for West Forsyth

West Forsyth had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Harrison Hoyas. This was payback for the Wolverines, who suffered a 2-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

West Forsyth was led to victory by Adeline Wieler and Charlie Holcomb. Wieler had six digs and two aces, while Holcomb had seven digs and one assist.

Despite the loss, Harrison still got an impressive performance from Addison Cooley, who had nine digs and one assist.

Coincidentally, West Forsyth and Harrison will both be playing Northgate the next time they take the court. The Hoyas will head out to face the Vikings at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Wolverines will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
